Our attention as been drawn to a very serious issue between a customer, Eko disco and the NERC.
The complainant who identifies himself as Olayinka Ogunsola took to twitter under the moniker of @Skelzy to report the below quoted tweet:
Pls NERC it’s been 83 days since I submitted my petition against EKEDC,no response.all I asked for is to bill me for what i consume by prepaid metering.been writing since 2015 to EKEDC no response to the letters
