An angry customer of the Jos electric distribution company has taken to social media platform; Twitter to air his mind on the poor services, dribbles by office staff and switching off their customer helpline. The handler; @Ataguba who goes by the name Timmy shared the below information on his twitter timeline.
I don’t understand how you will have a customer care number and it is switched off. Been to your office 4 times today to lay a complaint. But your officials successfully ‘dribbled’ me after tossing me up and about. Your customer relations is VERY poor. Fix it. @josdisco
