Ogunrinde Samuel, another customer who happens to fall under Ikeja Electric Region took to twitter recently to complain openly about how he has been receiving bills after his residence has been disconnected and he has written for bill suspension 3 Months ago.
The angry customer had this to say:
@IkejaElectric @NERCNG @PowerUpNG @cpcnig my light had been disconnected since March & I’ve written my marketer to suspend my bill but up till this moment I’ve been given bills. Please help me ask them, what should I pay for? And to cap it up, the bills are higher than when there was light.
Meanwhile, as of the time of this report, @IkejaElectric official twitter handle was offline, enjoying the weekend thereby defaulting their 24/7 Customer Care availability claim.
