As simple as the two tweets quoted above are, Nigerians seem not to see beyond the comic in it.

Where Customer reps and staff of organisations handling our power sector are supposed to be friendly and accommodating, its a totally negative feedback we get on the daily.

The above customers, @Funmix77 and @ChelsmaXYZ who tweeted the quoted tweet above respectively have ignited a question a need to ask ourselves about customer relationship. But that’s a piece for another day.
